FOR Rapid Registration
I can’t login.
When I enter my user name and password, the screen refreshes and they are blank
again.
Check to make sure that your Internet browser or any
toolbars you may have on your Internet browser do not have “pop up blocker”
enabled on them. This can interfere with the login process. With so many
security concerns these days, companies have increased Internet security on
their networks. Integrated firewall and privacy protectors may also hinder the
login process. You may have to contact your company IT representative to have
them “unblock” the www.myrapidregistration.com
website.
Certain Internet browsers such as Mozilla or Firefox do not
support the Rapid Registration platform. Best viewed with Internet Explorer 5.0
or higher.
When I try to
login, it tells me that I have “Entered an Invalid User Name or “Entered
an Invalid Password”
Check to make sure that you do not have your “Caps
Lock” enabled on your keyboard. The User Name & Password fields are case
sensitive.
When logging in for the first time to a registration site,
be sure to use the original User Name & Password that was provided to you.
In order to view or edit previously entered registration information, use your
email address and the password you created during the initial registration
process.
I stepped away
from the computer during the registration process and now the screen says my
“Session Has Timed Out”
Rapid Registration does have an automatic session time out
after a significant period of time has elapsed without any activity during a
registration. You will need to log back in using your email address and the
password you assigned yourself during registration in order to complete your
registration. If your session timed
out before you got to the Password Selection screen, you will need to contact a
Rapid Registration Administrator for further assistance.
